About Dr. Gray
Dr. Mingyang Gray is a facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon specializing in both aesthetic and reconstructive procedures of the face, head, and neck. She holds dual degrees in medicine and public health and serves as an assistant professor in the Department of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary of Mount Sinai.
Her surgical expertise includes rhinoplasty, aging face, facial nerve paralysis and reanimation, skin cancer reconstruction and congenital malformations of the face and ears. She has advanced training in microvascular reconstruction. She also performs minimally invasive and non-surgical treatments.
With a foundation rooted in academic medicine, Dr. Gray is committed to providing care that is not only evidence-based, but also deeply patient-centered. Her approach combines precision, compassion, and clear communication, helping patients feel informed and confident throughout every stage of their care.
Dr. Gray works closely with each patient to create personalized treatment plans, whether the goal is to restore function, improve aesthetics, or both. She lives on the Upper East Side with her husband, three young children, and their rescue dog, Java.
